Charities Act Advice

Our firm has a long history of advising Charities in relation to the disposal of their property assets. We provide advice in accordance with the Charities Act 2011, providing Trustees with Qualified Surveyors Reports. Our reports comply with the RICS Red Book (RICS Valuation – Global Standards and UK National Supplement). In accordance with Charities Commission recommendation we also can advise Trustees when acquiring land or property.

Lease Advisory

We act for both Landlords and Tenants in respect of lease renewals, rent reviews, lease surrenders and lease restructuring. We also advise on issues arising in leases such as insurance, break clauses, service charge and dilapidations.

Acquisition And Disposal

We provide advice on property requirements and searches, negotiation and due diligence regarding the purchasing or leasing of a property or advising on the marketing and negotiations in respect of a sale or letting.We advise occupiers and investors assessing the potential for improving an asset including change of use, refurbishment and development.
