Project Co-ordination

One of our core disciplines is Project Co-Ordination and Cost Control. This allows us to deliver a project from Planning/Building Regulations stage right through to Final Completion. As such, the Client is able to distance themselves from ‘day to day’ interaction with the building contractor, whilst still maintaining an active interest in the project through regular Site Meetings.

Our Project Co-Ordination Services include the following, but can be tailored to Clients’ individual needs.

  • Preparation of detailed Specification of Works (with approximate quantities)
  • Tender Procedure and Analysis of returned tenders
  • Party Wall advice
  • Preparation of JCT Contract Documentation
  • Pre-Contract Meeting with successful Contractor
  • Monitoring progress and quality of work by periodic site visits
  • Administering terms of Building Contract, including regular Site Meetings
  • Preparing regular Cost Schedule information
  • Issuing Valuation Certificates (based upon actual value of work completed)
  • Agreeing Final Account with Building Contractor
  • Preparing ‘Snagging Lists’ of unfinished items at Practical Completion and at End of Rectification Period.
